Pheasant Ridge has a long tradition of producing fine estate-grown wines.

Based near Lubbock, the family-owned vineyard and boutique winery produces about 6,000 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc each year.

Noted wine critic Robert Parker has written, “Pheasant Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

is big, bold, and complex and competitive in quality with anyone.”

Owner Bill Gipson will talk about the Texas wine industry and present several of his wines.
