DUES NOTICE 2009-2010

Please complete and return this entire form with payment by September 15, 2009.

Most event invitations and newsletters are mailed only to members who also pay less for events.

Membership Dues:

( ) $40 Yale Classes up to ’98 ( ) FREE for ’09 graduates

( ) $25 Yale Classes ’99 to ’08 ( ) $25 Parents of Yale Students

If you would prefer to pay membership dues and prepay for all of the events then

please become an All Events Member.

( ) All Events Membership – includes membership and access to

all events $250 (estimated $350 value).

All Events Membership covers one person and is non-transferable.

Your guests will be charged the member rate.

( ) Second All Events Membership – can be used to prepay for

event access for a spouse or a guest $200

( ) Young Alumni All Events Membership – Yale Classes ’99 to ’08 $200

Tax Deductible Donations

Please consider a Patron donation in addition to your membership fee, which will be directed toward activities such as our Summer Fellow, Alumni Schools Committee activities, admit visits, etc.
